  • 3/4 cup of coconut milk [2nd extract]

  6. Mix in the 3rd extract of coconut milk and then simmer till mixture thickens.
  7. Then mix the 2nd extract of coconut milk and then simmer for one thick mixture.
  8. Mix in the 1st extract of milk and cook till mixture starts bubbling.
  9. Afterwards, remove from the heat and add powdered cardamom and dried ginger powder.
  10. Roast coconut pieces and then cashews in rest of this clarified butter. Combine in raisins and then sauté for a few minutes more.
