Fit Miss Burn Ingredients

Fit Miss Burn is a 6-stage fat-burning system, and each stage has its own set of ingredients. All of these are designed to work together to give you that lean and sculpted body that you’ve always wanted. There are too many ingredients to cover here, but here are some of the key elements you’re getting in this formula:

  • Turmeric
  • 5-HTP
  • Phenylalanine
  • Raspberry ketones
  • Guarana
  • Caffeine
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Yerba Mate

Caffeine is used as a stimulant to promote energy, increase attention and in some cases, boost the metabolism. This product contains an encapsulated form of caffeine, caffeine anhydrous, as well as guarana, yerba mate, and green tea, which all contain caffeine as well. This “energy blend” provides the body with antioxidants, energy, and appetite suppressing effects–that said, we don’t know how much caffeine users are getting when they take this supplement.

Raspberry ketones are a supplement thought to melt away fat with use. According to WebMD, it’s not clear whether this product was effective, there’s not much research available regarding the fat burning power of this ingredient. It is high in vitamin C, so chances are, you will get some benefits regardless.

5-HTP is one of those ingredients you see in a lot of biohacking conversations. The ingredient is something of a natural antidepressant. The ingredient is a precursor to serotonin, and it may have a positive effect on mood, depression, and anxiety.

Side effects associated with 5-HTP include abdominal pain, headache, absence of menstrual periods, diarrhea, dizziness, and more. Additionally, the use of 5-HTP is linked to a syndrome known as Eosinophilia myalgia syndrome, a disabling condition characterized by severe muscle pain and neurotoxic reactions.

B-Vitamins – In particular, vitamin B3 and B5 known as niacin and pantothenic acid, respectively; these are energy-giving nutrients that helps stay physically active and more focused on your workouts.

Zinc an essential mineral that plays a role in regulating the metabolism and inducing fat loss.

Chromium is a popular supplement in fitness enthusiasts. The mineral works to transport excess fats away from the body’s fat stores, helping the body avoid too much buildup. Some experts say this ingredient may be used to build larger muscles, while others believe it is an effective weight loss aid.

More research needs to be done to confirm both of these theories. It is, however, an essential nutrient, so one should consume chromium regardless of weight loss effects.

Potassium may be used to reduce fat buildup by improving the body’s ability to transfer glucose to the cells. It’s also an essential mineral for muscle recovery and function.

The Science of Fit Miss Burn

So, as we mentioned above, this product utilizes a unique fat burning process divided into six stages. And while this might not seem especially clear, the product features all of these stages into a two-capsule serving.

The first stage (really, a blend of ingredients) focuses on energy. You’re getting some natural sources of caffeine, yerba mate, green tea guarana, and caffeine anhydrous.

Next, the formula provides an appetite-balancing effect. You’re getting fiber from the white kidney bean, capsaicin, raspberry ketones, and ALA. Together, these ingredients work to provide users with an appetite suppressant effect.

Then, you’ll get a mood-boosting blend with ingredients like gingko biloba and 5-HTP, echinacea, garlic, and turmeric. Next, the diuretic stage with dandelion and uva ursi, and finally and blend of digestive enzymes.

That’s a lot. While we like a lot of these ingredients, the fact that you’re cramming this very long list of herbs, vitamins, natural stimulants, mood boosters, and digestive enzymes into one product seems overly ambitious. For example, we don’t believe it’ possible to get enough of any one of these ingredients to achieve the intended effects.

Word on the Street About Fit Miss Burn

This product does have some mixed reviews. The positive ones highlight the use of this product as the perfect complement to any workout, but about half the users on Amazon were not especially pleased with the solution. This product is a vitamin, and it seems like you’re supposed to use the product as a complement to the other items in the formula—not necessarily as a standalone weight loss tool.

We also found it difficult to find reviews of this product on its own.

The Amazon page that sells this product focuses on the Fit Miss line as a whole–so you can buy the shakes and BCAA drink mix on the same page as the supplements.

So, with that in mind, people were discussing the use of Fit Miss Burn in the same space as the other products or as the line as a whole.

The reviews did not give us a sense of what this product does. While you can look at the label for some clues, it’s worth pointing out that the formula relies on six proprietary blends containing many ingredients–we don’t know if the bulk of the supplement is caffeine, herbs if there’s a good balance there. For that reason, there’s no clear picture of whether or not this yields any positive results or side effects.

Is Fit Miss Burn Worth a Try?

Fit Miss Burn has a lot going for it. It seems like it’s a relatively safe product. It’s made by a reputable company with a wide commercial reach—not some obscure seller. And—the product comes with a range of ingredients that tackle all angles of the weight loss process.

You’re getting a little energy boost with caffeine, guarana, green tea, and yerba mate. Then you have digestive enzymes and herbs like turmeric and gingko biloba and the mood enhancer, 5-HTP.

The problem is, these ingredients are all packed into a two-pill dose. There’s no way you’re going to get enough of these elements to promote any meaningful weight loss. Rather, Fit Miss Burn seems like but one installment of the Fit Miss empire. The brand makes a range of supplements tackling various parts of the weight loss and fitness process, and as such, it seems consumers are expected to buy multiple supplements to reach their goals.
