  • 1 teaspoon of almond extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°.
  2. In a large bowl, on medium speed beat egg white using a hand held mixer till stiff.
  3. Gradually beat in sugar and next extract. Mix well and later fold in wheat germ.
  4. Spoon out mixture and then drop on one greased baking sheet by the half teaspoon measurement.
  5. Drop the oven temperature to 200°. Then, bake for 1 hour.
