The issue with this male enhancement includes the company’s history and decent but not at all comprehensive formula. A notable amount of people also complained about the lack of benefits, enough to question its real potential for satisfactory male enhancement. We help explain the specifics behind Ultra T-Male further in the table of contents.
Nature’s Plus Ultra T-Male Overview
A supposed 10 hours of support are offered by this male enhancement and to prove this all they offer is claims. The formula is by no means weak, but it’s not as comprehensive as you would expect from a brand that claims it’s this good.
They also decided to add a days’ worth to more than a full daily worth of nutrients for 4 different additives. The reviews were also mixed which makes sense when you examine these ingredients. Their advertising claims were also called into question after the Better Business Bureau saw that they possibly lied about what their products benefits. Other issues were also discovered after researching this questionable company, including past problems related to unproven health claims called out by the FTC.
Nature’s Plus Ultra T-Male Claims
The natural boost of testosterone is intended for overall endurance strength, endurance, mood, and even brain health. Essentially all the possible benefits that the hormone testosterone can produce are mentioned, which is the same for any other supplement meant to enhance T levels.
What makes this supplement unique because from the additional benefit is intended through the “rapid release layer “which is meant for maximum support.
It’s supposedly strong enough to last for a 10 hour period with just 2 tablets taken daily. It would have been helpful had they provided some sources to back up these claims, as all you get are supposed benefits with no explanation as to how this is possible. This seems like an exceptionally long time but it’s impossible to prove. There had to been some kind of study to prove this specific time frame; it makes no sense that they would suggest this without citing science.
They also provide a description about how some of the ingredients are intended to work. For example, they add how Zinc can be useful for improving free testosterone levels, with a study which says it can prevent reduced testosterone by up to 50%. This specific number is never backed up by any sources however.
What’s problematic is the fact that the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission have said they make unproven claims. The FTC said that the company:
“violated… the Federal Trade Commission Act”
They saw many unproven health benefits mentioned on their advertisements. They required immediate change and told them to update their marketing to make sure they don’t continue to exaggerate. The company never cited evidence but they used these claims to try and make it seem like it would actually be more effective than it actually is.
The Better Business Bureau also said mentioned that they had concerns with 6 of their marketing claims. This included suggestions they were the “Most Trusted”, and that that they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee for retailers. Since they were called out in 2024 the company has not responded to these issues. Some of these claims would be impossible to prove, and it may mean the company is continuing their trend of suggesting benefits without proof. They have a habit of making their products seem better than they actually are by making very specific claims, yet failing to back it up.
Because of all these types of problems it’s hard to believe them when they make health claims for Ultra T-Male.

- L-Histidine
- L-Phenylalanine
They focus heavily on the nutrients and amino acids. Typically to what you’d expect in a male enhancement, ingredients like Zinc are used to help boost testosterone. Amino acids like L-Histidine can be effective at many things including metabolism. Aphrodisiacs are also included such as Tribulus Terrestris and Tongkat Ali, which are often found in male enhancement products for their libido support.
Garlic is a unique herbal ingredient rarely used in male enhancement products; it’s added to their proprietary blend and isn’t actually described in detail as to what it’s meant to do. This is likely added due to its natural allicin, a chemical compound which can be used for more blood flow.
Guggul is added to their hormone boosting blend though this purpose has not been proven in studies, which will be uncovered in the next section.
Another unique ingredient is the patented ViNitrox which combines both grape and apple polyphenols used for their antioxidant support. This is made to help increase overall immune function. Polyphenols are typically used for their ability to improve general health.
The Science Behind Nature’s Plus Ultra T-Male
Nowhere on the official website do they offer any evidence. We did go through the science behind each ingredient and found out some interesting details.
Guggul for example is added for a boost in hormones but Examine says that it has had:
“lackluster effects”
There were also some notable side effects that were highlighted by Web MD, they warned against the possible damage that can happen in the form of vomiting, hiccups, loose stools, and diarrhea.
The vitamin C added is 200% of the daily value or 120 mg. The Mayo Clinic recommends getting from 65 to 90 mg only. A similar issue is had with zinc at 200% of the daily value, which is 30 mg, 19 milligrams more than what is recommended as a common daily limit for adult men according to the National Institutes of Health.
It’s also known that the maximum amount should be 40 mg, which if taken at a single daily serving, you may become too close to the maximum which can cause side effects. Headaches, diarrhea, vomiting and many other symptoms can result from this. Ultra T-Male suffers from the fact it tries to give customers to much, which may end up causing many complications.

A major problem with this is that the company does not offer a money back return which means in the case of health issues, customers would not be able to get their money returned.
Trigonella Foenum-gracum seed or FuranoMax is a patented version of fenugreek which appears to be made by the company. There is no actual explanation given to help explain this further, but there are a few patented forms of fenugreek and it’s often used. This is a major ingredient added in a large amount within T-Male and it’s meant to increase testosterone.
libaifoundation.org/wp-content/languages/new/remdesivir.html
Regular fenugreek is not that impressive however since it may boost estrogen. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says that this can:
“act like estrogen on the body”
They also outline a few potential side effects like odd smelling urine and diarrhea. The intended testosterone boost is also questionable as Examine adds that when it comes to this:
“further evidence is needed”
The information is clear and T-Male is lacking in many ways. Far too many unproven ingredients are added, and these additives can possible lead to some unwanted symptoms.
ViNitrox is a patented ingredient made by the company Nexira which is intended to increase nitric oxide and overall muscular performance. This is also lacking evidence other than the possibly biased studied performed by the creators. There has to be outside studies performed to know for certain whether or not this can lead to health benefits. The claims are hard to disprove since when a company pays for studies, it often comes out in their favor since they put time and money into it.
Word on the Street about Nature’s Plus Ultra T-Male
“After a full bottle I was an unlucky customer who didn’t see benefits in any form. I found it disappointing”
“Waste take other things instead like creatine cause this does not work at all like it’s meant to work”
“I’m an older man who has had ED problems and my wife notices a difference. Feel like I can work better in the gym now too so it’s an added plus”
“No negative side effects but even with a full bottle I didn’t see any results at all so take that into careful consideration”
There were some immediate benefits for some but at this price and without the money back guarantee, there’s a high potential for a loss of money. Too many people said it didn’t improve their virility in any way. A concern customers had was that they did not know how to settle a return.
As we mentioned previous, the creators have had issues it making false health claims and since they offer no support through returns, there’s concern that it may not be as good as it’s claimed.
Is Nature’s Plus Ultra T-Male Worth a Try?
There are better male enhancement products than this brand. The lack of a money back guarantee, the addition of many unverified ingredients, the possible side effects, far too many mixed reviews, and the lack of science make this a clear unnecessary purchase.
After thoroughly reviewing the company we also found that they had several issues related to their lack of quality control. There are still pending problems which the company has not addressed related to supposed benefits of their policies which are never proven. They really should talk about what can be expected because it’s been over a year and the Better Business Bureau has yet to get a response.

The official website for Ultra T-Male also has only clams about this with limited real scientific details. The basic already known benefits for improved testosterone and other nutrient benefits are outlined, but they do not give specific details about key ingredients.
A lot of people who tried it failed to see any male enhancement support, which caused many to want to seek a money back return. Since they do not offer this it forced many to lose out on money.
Our research has determined what brands could boost men’s virility, libido, T levels and much more.
Nature’s Plus Ultra T-Male vs T-Male
The biggest difference is that the original T-Male has slightly less amounts of almost all ingredients. They’re made by the same company and it seems they make the Ultra T-Male version as a way to make the results stronger.
Little is known about why they made this different, and how a person would be able to determine if they need a version over another. Judging from the reviews on Amazon, slightly less people enjoyed the original. The dosing is the same but the original isn’t meant to last a total of 10 hours. Neither has any valid science to help prove what kinds of benefits it can truly offer.
