Biomanix Review (UPDATED 2024) – Is It Safe?

991 Review(s)
AVG Rating: 5.0/10

Impossible promises, weak science, and terrible customer reviews make this product one of the least-attractive pills we’ve come across. Couple that with a high price-tag, and you’ve got a real loser of a product. Read our review below:

This list contains the best men’s products for better energy and better libido.

Biomanix Overview

Biomanix is a male sex drive enhancement supplement. It says it contains natural ingredients that can make your penis permanently bigger, increase blood flow to the penis for harder erections, and makes you primed and ready for sex at all times. They say it’s clinically-proven, which is something most other male enhancement products don’t claim.

But are these claims all true? We did our research, and after looking into the claims made by Biomanix, we learned that you should never take things at face value: a deeper look revealed that this product isn’t what it’s cracked up to be.

Check out our picks for the best men’s enhancement products.

Biomanix Claims

This is one of those pills that claims to be “the” pill for all areas male enhancement. This company claims their supplement increases the density of the smooth muscle in your penis, and much like working out your muscles in the gym, the result is supposed to be a bigger penis – “permanently.” Men who are self-conscious about the size of their penises? This product is supposed to be for you. It also contains ingredients that are supposed to directly interact with your body’s “sexual health system”(?), improving your orgasm quality and the hardness of your erections.

They repeatedly claim that the product is “clinically-proven” and therefore more trustworthy than other products that promise similar things. Of course what they don’t tell you is that Biomanix itself has not been clinically-tested, but some of the ingredients themselves have been. It’s a significant difference, and the first of many “fibs” we’ve caught this company in.

Who developed this product, and what are their qualifications? They’re called Biomanix LLC (how original!) and they seem to only be associated with this product. Strange, because most of the companies we deal with typically have a range of items, but it seems like the folks behind this supplement have put all their eggs into one basket. Surely that means they’re the best at what they do, right? After all, how could a company subsist on the profits from only one single product without capsizing if the product weren’t extraordinary, and the company likewise?

Well, this is where things fall apart. To believe the above claims, you have to believe the people spouting them, and Biomanix LLC doesn’t actually look like a very trustworthy company. They have been given a “C” rating from the Better Business Bureau, which is far lower than most grades we’ve seen for companies that make similar supplements. Why such a low rating? They’ve only been in business a year (troubling) and they haven’t been very good at responding to customer complaints. Instead of having good reviews from customers, the only interaction some have with this company is 1 negative review and 1 official complaint – that Biomanix doesn’t work. Not a great start.

Here’s a list of the 10 best male sexual supplements, ranked by quality.

Biomanix Ingredients

The list of ingredients for Biomanix contains common plant extracts that we’ve seen in other sexual enhancement products. Here’s the list they provided us:

  • L-Arginine
  • Maca
  • Tribulus Terrestris
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Muira Puama

L-Arginine is a very common ingredient in natural sex pills. It’s just a amino acid that can help improve circulation, and it’s found naturally in the diet as well. The idea is that the body converts l-arginine to nitric oxide, which can widen the blood vessels, letting more blood flow through to the genitalia.

Maca is a plant from the Peruvian mountains that is supposed to affect your hormones in a positive way. As testosterone is a hormone, one that has much to do with the libido, maca’s supposed to help you regulate the levels of that hormone so that you can get the desire you need.

Tribulus terrestris is another very common ingredient in sex drive supplements, since it’s also supposed to affect the hormones that stir your sex drive into action.

Tongkat ali (Malaysian ginseng) is a natural herb from Southeast Asia that’s supposed to activate the libido in people with low sex drives. It supposedly does this by increasing testosterone and limiting estrogen production, although research into this product is still quite new. This is one of the more popular natural ingredients for improving the libido.

Muira puama is – you guessed it – an aphrodisiac from South America that’s been prescribed in traditional folk health remedies for its ability to prevent erectile dysfunction and help men (and women) crave sex in a healthier way.

The Science Behind Biomanix

While some of the ingredients in this product do have some effect on people’s sex lives (as some of the studies they link to suggest), there are some serious problems with the formula and the claims they make.

Part of the problem is that Biomanix isn’t forthcoming on the dosages for this product. For example, one of the studies that saw an increase in nitric oxide levels in those who were administered l-arginine used a very specific dosage (3g), so unless we know how much of that ingredient they included, we can’t tell if the product can promise to be as effective as it really is (Schwedhelm, et al: “Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties …” J Clin Pharmacol, 2024).

The other big problem we noticed was this product’s promise to make your penis bigger. They put things in workout terms: repeatedly pumping blood into smooth muscle can increase its size, so ergo the actions of the ingredients in Biomanix can increase the size of your penis.

The problem is that they don’t understand basic medicine. The penis is not one big muscle – it’s an organ composed largely of spongy erectile tissue (which contains smooth muscle and connective tissue) that fills with blood, causing it to swell and become engorged (“Male Genital Anatomy,” Boston University School of Medicine, 2004). Overloading the penis with blood isn’t going to make the penis “bigger” in the same way that you can make a muscle larger by working it out to overload. While you may see a fuller erection, your penis will not be structurally bigger – and certainly not “4 inches bigger” as Biomanix claims.

Indeed, this subject has been covered before, and many men are still drawn in by the promise of a miracle pill that can give them an enormous penis, but the fact is that no pill can make your penis larger (Stewart, Julie: “Do Penis Enlargement Product Work?” MensHealth, 2024).

Other companies (like Enzyte) have been slapped with lawsuits (and lost) for falsely claiming that their product can enlarge the penis. It’s sad that Biomanix didn’t learn the lesson, and continues to peddle this old wives’ tale.

Word on the Street about Biomanix

So now you know a little about the company, and something about the ingredients and the claims this company makes about the product. But what about the customers? After all, the most important part of any product is its reception among customers, since that’s the only real way to know if it delivers on its promises. That’s one of Biomanix’s worst problems: awful customer reviews.

We checked out Amazon, a third-party vendor where you can find more honest reviews than you can on the product’s own testimonials page, and things don’t look pretty. Over 50% of all Amazon customers who used this product gave it 1 star out of 5 – the worst possible grade.

“Pure bullsh*t.”

“I saw some difference in my erections, but no increase in size.”

“I’ve used this for three months and saw zero improvements.”

“Bad.”

“It took 7 months for me to see any improvements at all.”

“No difference in erections, size or sex drive.”

“I took this for three weeks and saw no improvements at all. A waste of money.”

The reviews go on like that.

Is Biomanix Worth a Try?

Absolutely not. Not only does this company have a terrible reputation among customers for its customer service, it also betrays its lack of basic scientific knowledge by promising the impossible: a larger penis by taking a daily pill. While some of the ingredients are fairly popular in the herbal sexual enhancement community, there’s no proof that it can make your penis bigger, and especially not by four full inches. Worst of all are its reviews: customer plainly hate it and think it’s a waste of your time and money. Everything else aside, this is the clincher. If people don’t think it works, it doesn’t matter how fancy your ingredients or how slick your promises – you’re dead in the water.

If you care about your health, you owe it to yourself to do better than Biomanix. There are other products out there that promise to improve your sex drive, and not only do they make promises they can keep, customers actually like them. Those are the ones we’d suggest going with, instead of Biomanix.

Biomanix vs Progentra

These products are extremely similar, and that’s not limited to the promises they make. Both of them are nutritional supplements that promise to make your penis bigger and your sex drive stronger. They largely contain the same ingredients (from l-arginine to tribulus to maca), and even their websites contain the same images of fake doctors and the same web page layouts. The bottles look similar, and the sample images for the product are even arranged and photographed identically. If we didn’t know better, we’d actually think these were the same products, owned by the same company. The only difference is that Biomanix costs $59.95 for a one-month supply, while Progentra costs $69.95

Biomanix vs Titan Gel

The main difference between these two products is the way they work. Biomanix comes in pill form, while Titan Gel is just that, a topical gel that you apply to your penis. Both promise to enlarge the penis, but only Biomanix tries to explain exactly how that’s done. Titan Gel, on the other hand, doesn’t go into detail.

Titan Gel’s website is much worse, with lots of spelling errors and other clues that this product wasn’t developed by professionals. Both contain some similar ingredients, including l-arginine, but Biomanix contains more ingredients overall. Biomanix costs about $60 for a one-month supply, while we’ve found Titan Gel going for as little as $12.57 a bottle.

Biomanix vs Vigrx Plus

Biomanix and Vigrx Plus have some things in common, such as the fact they they’re both pills that used plant-derived extracts as their main method of action. Vigrx Plus, however, doesn’t promise to make your penis physically larger, only to help you get better and fuller erections and a stronger libido. Both of these products have very low reviews on Amazon, although Vigrx Plus has been rated by more people overall. Vigrx Plus is also more expensive at $77 per bottle, compared to Biomanix’s $60.
