– Juice of one lime

– 2 tablespoons of cilantro leaves, chopped

– Prepare the sour cream: make a combination of all the cream ingredients in a blender then start to purée until there is a smooth consistency then leave them aside. – Spray cooking spray on a large nonstick skillet then heat it over medium high heat. Season the chicken breasts with the chile powder. When the nonstick skillet is hot, start to cook the chicken for about 3 minutes until there is no longer pink in the center of the meat. Remember to stir frequently. After that, remove the chicken.
– Start to warm the tortillas according to the instructions on the package. Evenly divide pepper, onions and lettuce on each tortilla. Ingredients:
– 1 pound of peeled and deveined shrimp
– 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
– Half a teaspoon of fresh lime zest
– 2 teaspoons of tequila
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
– 3 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced

– 12 soaked bamboo skewers
