What you need:

  • A cup of cashew (kaju)
  • A half cup of sugar
  • Five tablespoons of water
  • A tablespoon of coconut or ghee (optional)
  • A teaspoon of rose water

How to make:

  • Firstly, grind cashew into powder by using a dry grinder or coffee grinder
  • Secondly, turn  low flame and heat water with sugar in a non-stick or thick bottomed pan meanwhile grease a tray or a plate and put it aside

  • Chocolate – 300 mg

  • Firstly, roast the grated Khoa in a pan until it becomes light brown

  • Thirdly, mix roasted suji flour, roasted Khoa, boora, a teaspoon of ghee, cashew nuts, coconut, raisins and almond in a bowl well together. And you keep this bowl aside
  •  Next sieve the Maida flour and add three teaspoons of ghee. Add an enough amount of lukewarm water in and knead it in order to make the tight dough
  • Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes
  • Then use it to make small balls
  • Roll the balls in about 4-inch size
  • Take one and a half teaspoon of the filling mixture and put it in a half round

  • Milk – ¼ cup
