- Then, in the bowl add this grass fed gelatin to this juice by sprinkling this over the surface. Leave it to sit for some minutes thus it dissolves into this juice. It will solidify.
- Heat gently the watermelon juice in this saucepan just to warm it – don’t bring it to a simmer or boil.
- Add the juice and gelatin mixture to the remaining juice in the saucepan. Stir or whisk to combine till this liquid is smooth.
- Now add the lemon juice and raw honey; whisk till dissolved and combined.
- Pour this gelatin mixture into a refrigerator safe pan or molds.
- Chill until set, about half an hour and after that either remove this gelatin from that mold or slice this into pieces.
- You can store it at room temperature.

- Soak the nuts entire night in warm water and the salt.

Ingredients
- 8 cups apple, peeled plus diced
- 1 cup of water

- Place the apples into one large saucepan over a medium to low heat.
- Add the water and next cover. Leave it to simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Now stir a couple of times to ensure everything cooks consistently.

- Pour these blended ingredients back into this pot, still over a medium to low temperature.
